What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, party size and any notes you send. Our booking partner (Peek) collects payment information directly; we never see full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to plan, confirm and deliver your charter, respond to inquiries, and — if you opt in — send you occasional charter offers. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our captains and dock staff to run your charter, our booking platform (Peek), our SMS/WhatsApp provider for confirmations, and our analytics provider (Google Analytics) for aggregated site traffic. That's it.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your language preference and to measure site traffic anonymously. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
Your rights
Email terrificcharters@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Kids
Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle your data we will update this page and, when appropriate, email booked guests.
